Bookings by non-members are to be done via the link above.  Please note, once a non member has made a booking they will be unable to cancel their booking as members can. 

To check your bookings and cancel if need, logon on to https://fitfactory.gymmasteronline.com/portal/login and select "Class Schedule" and then at the top, select "View Bookings".

If we have insufficient numbers for a class, the class will be cancelled.  We will give notice via text or email at a time we deem fair and reasonable.


Kumeu Classes

Factory Combat: a fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing while complimenting the different boxing combos, as well as focusing on technique. This high intensity interval style training class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase your overall fitness.

Zumba: we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Factory Strength: Factory Cardio/strength are two seperate classes which both focus on a high intensity workout that is designed to test strength, power and endurance through a series of specifically designed exercises.  The session is completed with other like minded participants and led by a highly energized and trained instructor to guide and motivate the class.

Factory Core and Below: We all know Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back” well this class is designed for just that, with a well-rounded mix of exercises targeting muscles both around the thighs and Butt, Add in some burning core exercises that focus on the stabilization, endurance and strengthening of that summer 6 pack you crave.

Glen Eden Classes

Yoga (Vinyasa): is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
