Knockout: a fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing while complimenting the different boxing combos, as well as focusing on technique. This high intensity interval style training class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase your overall fitness.
Max Spin: a 30 minute HIIT workout done on a bike. A class designed to get your fitness levels up and maximize the burn during and, for up to, 48 hours after your workout!!!! Class limit 8.
Revolution: a cycling program that brings the outdoor ride – inside. Interval-based cadence training takes your classes through sprints, hills and mountains to achieve results and personal goals. Class limit 8.
RIP: a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopaedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere. Class limit 9.
TransForm: uniting yoga and sport like never before. Prepare for a unique mind/body experience featuring traditional yoga poses such as warrior, and sport-influence movement including plyometrics, and strength.
Toned: a tabata circuit style class with a mixture of weights and cardio all aimed at getting a tighter, leaner, sculpted body.
Zumba: we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
